The Norak group of companies was founded twenty years ago by Stephan Oeller (Bachelor of Law) and Manuela Maza (Aeronautical Engineer ).
The profiles of the two founder partners are a reflection of the specialist fields of the group, which goes from legal subjects, with special emphasis on patents and trademarks, to the most advanced terminological and scientific subjects, covering the technological innovations and high technology texts of our company clients. At the present time, Noraktrad, which is part of the Norak Group, has three divisions: patents and trademarks, industry and pharmacy. Although the relative weight of the patents and trademarks division has decreased, it continues to represent 35% of total business. In this area, Noraktrad is number one in Spain and among the leaders in Germany, France and the United Kingdom. This division includes sworn translation and legal correspondence services. The industrial division is our second mainstay. It represents 45% of business. Companies such as Siemens, ABB, MAN, Iveco, Air Liquide, DKV, Banesto or Iberdrola, to mention just a few, are among Noraktrad’s loyal customers. Sales in the pharmaceutical division, which are around 15%, together with the new business department, with 5% of the total, complete the structure of the company. In the pharmaceutical field, one of our key activities is the translation of the material required to market new products in Spain. Noraktrad works for around fifty laboratories of international standing, guaranteed by a confidentiality contract clause. |
