What does Noraktrad offer me that other language service providers cannot?
Noraktrad bases its decades of proven success on the following pillars:
How do I send you the texts to translate and in what format?
We adapt to the format of your texts for translation although today it is typical to receive them in their original editable format: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign, HTML, etc.
If an editable form is not possible, please send us a PDF or send it to us by fax or post. We will do the rest.
Are the translations’ proofread before submission?
Noraktrad’s working procedures are based on the specific translation standard UNE-17100, according to which all work is proofread by a second translator. Proofreading is one of the pillars on which the quality of our work is based.
How do I receive the translation?
Usually by e-mail, but depending on the type of translation, we can send it by courier (e.g. sworn translations), post, etc.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer is the usual method, but consult us for other methods of payment.
I have an urgent translation, what should I do?
You can request our urgent translation service: we offer you the shortest possible period to meet your deadline.
What do we do if there is a large quantity to translate in a very short period?
We can create a translation team coordinated by one of our project managers. The number of translators will depend on the volume of texts to translate and the deadline, and a proofreader will check the different parts to unify them insofar as possible.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?
Noraktrad’s success is based on the loyalty of its customers, some of which have been working with us since the beginning, decades ago. This can only be achieved by maintaining the highest customer satisfaction levels. If you are not satisfied with the service, do not hesitate to contact us: we will process your dissatisfaction to resolve the problem and avoid it from occurring again in the future. Our internal quality system means we are obliged to process your dissatisfaction and give you a response in less than 24 hours. We will analyse your case and inform you of the immediate and corrective actions to achieve your full satisfaction. At Noraktrad, we understand that dissatisfaction is an opportunity for improvement and a chance to transform a problem into satisfaction and thus achieve the loyalty of our customers.
What is the difference between a legal translation and a sworn translation?
Sworn translation is the official translation of documents and other written texts performed by a sworn translator certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the case of Spain or by the corresponding official body of the country where said translation is going to be used, and is irrespective of the nature or type of text.
On the other hand, legal translation is the specialized translation of texts in legal language (contracts, judgments, statutes, etc.) and which due to the degree of complexity of their content require, in addition to command of the languages in question, specific knowledge of the sector.
Do you do translations in Arabic, Chinese, Turkish, etc.?
Yes, this is something normal for us. And not just these languages, but any other language you may need. Please consult us.
I have a text in English that we have translated in-house but I am not sure if it is well translated. What can I do?
Send it to us and a person with English as their mother tongue will proofread and edit the text, in terms of style, spelling and syntax. In this way you can be sure that your document is perfect. And, of course, we can do this in any other language you may need.
